Yaaaawwwwnnn!  I hate mornings.  People who don’t drink coffee (or some other caffeinated substance) boggle me.  If it’s earlier than 9:30 am, I’m just wondering what is running through their veins to make the muscles around their mouth smile??  In any event, I was stoked to read the article Coffee: Can It Keep Your Brain in Shape?

A recent study done in France found that women who drank 3 or more cups of coffee a day were 30% less likely to have memory problems at age 65 vs. women who drank only a single cup of coffee or less each day.  Man, those women in France have it made – coffee, croissants and fine wine.  And, the benefits of coffee increased with age.  Forget Sudoku, people, I’m drinking coffee!!

Now, I’m just waiting for someone to do a study to discover the health benefits of Instant Noodles and vanilla ice cream…..
